admin.zip 0 byte file/not working

Follow

Issue: Clean install of Eucalyptus 3.4.x, after running the euca_conf --get-credentials command, running the "unzip admin.zip" command gives the following error:

End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file is not
a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive. In the
latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on
the last disk(s) of this archive.
unzip: cannot find zipfile directory in one of admin.zip or
admin.zip.zip, and cannot find admin.zip.ZIP, period.

With an ls -la you can see that admin.zip is actually a 0 byte file.

What this means is that you are either running an older version of Python-boto (you want to be running 2.27 or higher) or Openssl (you should be running 1.0.1g or higher to patch Heartbleed).

Once you update these packages, you should be able to re-run the --get-credentials command with success.
